What we collect
If you send us a note through the contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you give us. If you join the reading list, we collect your email address. If you enroll in the study program, we also collect your payment details and the notes your guide takes during sessions.
We do not use advertising trackers. We keep a privacy-friendly reading counter so we know which guides are useful, but it does not identify you.
Why we use it
We use your contact details to reply to your note and, if you join, to send you the reading list. We use your program details to deliver the sessions you signed up for. We do not use your information to build a profile of you or to sell anything on someone else's behalf.
How we keep it
Contact notes are kept for as long as the conversation is active, then deleted. Reading list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Program records are kept for the duration of the program and for one year after, in case of a question about the service, then deleted. We store data on services that hold it within or compatible with Korean law.
Your rights
You may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. You may unsubscribe from the reading list at any time, using the link in any message or by writing to us. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at [email protected] and we will reply within two weeks.
