Terms

The terms for reading and studying with us.

These terms govern your use of the Mindkeystone library and the guided study program. They are written in plain language; the short version is: read freely, be honest, and we will do the same.

Reading the library

The guides, glossary entries, and deep dives on this site are free to read. You may quote short passages with credit and a link. You may not republish whole guides, sell them, or strip our authorship. The reading is the work of named authors; please treat it that way.

The guided study program

The study program is a paid service delivered by a named guide. A place is confirmed once we have replied and received your fee. The schedule of sessions is agreed in writing before the program begins. If you cannot attend a session, we will offer one alternative time; further missed sessions are counted as taken, because the guide's time is set aside for you.

Your content and conduct

Anything you send us in a note or during a session stays between us unless you ask us to share it. We will not publish your questions or your project without your permission. In return, we ask that you do not share another reader's project or session notes, and that you come to the program to learn rather than to resell our materials.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will note the date at the bottom of this page and write what changed in plain language. Terms that governed a study program already underway continue to apply to that program.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, write to us at [email protected] and we will explain it. These terms are offered under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
