Before the program begins
If you cancel in writing at least seven days before the first session, we refund the full fee. If you cancel between seven days and one day before, we refund half, because the guide's time and materials are already set aside. If you cancel on the day, the first session is counted as taken.
After it begins
If you decide the program is not for you after the first session, write to us within three days and we will refund the fee minus the cost of that one session. After the first session, the remaining sessions are non-refundable, because the guide holds the schedule open for you and cannot easily fill it.
If we have to stop the program on our side, we refund the fee for any sessions not yet delivered, in full.
How to cancel
Write to us at [email protected] with your name and the program dates. We will confirm receipt within two working days and process the refund to the original payment method within ten working days.
